The Community Outreach Specialist position is performance based, which means you will earn $4 per app, when people that you refer apply for free help by submitting a completed application.
In addition to completing a written form that asks for information from the applicant, such as name, address, and date of birth, most applicants must also submit backup documentation.
Depending on the service the applicant is interested in, the required documentation may include:

  • A photo ID
  • Proof that the applicant has a disability, OR
  • Proof that the applicant currently receives unemployment benefits or public assistance, OR
  • Proof that the applicant has recently lost work, is at risk of eviction, or has had recent health problems.
Yes. Top performing Community Outreach Specialists can advance to time-based pay work, which starts at $16 hourly.
Our application forms ask if the applicant was referred to us by someone.
We pay every Friday for all completed applications we receive during the prior Sunday to Saturday period. We only pay via direct deposit. If you do not have an account where you would like to receive deposits, we will issue you a Mastercard paycard that can be used at the ATM and wherever Mastercard is accepted.
